The residential real estate industry has operated on largely the same commission structure for decades. Technology has changed how homes are marketed and found. Consumer expectations have evolved. Operating costs have shifted. But the fees have stayed remarkably sticky.

Trellicksen was founded on a straightforward observation: homeowners deserve full-service support without an inflated commission. The traditional 5-6% model was built for a different era, and we believe it's possible to deliver excellent service at a fundamentally lower cost.

We're not a technology company pretending to replace agents. We're not a discount brokerage cutting corners to hit a lower price point. We're building a real brokerage with real agents, supported by modern tools and an efficient operating structure, that charges 2% on the listing side because that's what the work actually costs when you run things well.

This is an early-stage company. We're not claiming to have disrupted anything yet. We're doing the work of building something credible, market by market, with the right people.
