How can you charge less and still provide full service?

We've built a leaner operating model with modern technology and efficient systems. We don't maintain expensive office networks or legacy overhead. The savings go to you, not to a bloated cost structure.

Is 2% the total commission I'll pay?

The 2% is the listing commission, which is what you pay to the brokerage representing you as the seller. Buyer's agent compensation is a separate matter, typically negotiated as part of the transaction. We'll explain exactly how this works during your consultation.

Will agents work as hard for a lower commission?

Our agents are compensated fairly and supported with strong tools and systems. The 2% model works because the business is designed around it, not because we're asking agents to take a pay cut.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The listing commission is the listing commission. There are standard closing costs in any real estate transaction (title, escrow, taxes), but those aren't fees from us. We'll walk you through all expected costs before you commit to anything.

What if my home doesn't sell?

You don't pay a listing commission unless your home sells. The terms of your listing agreement will be clearly explained before you sign anything.
